POSTAL DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

Due to the range of products we sell, we are unable to offer nationwide postal delivery for every order. The following products are currently eligible for delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class:

• Letterbox Brownies

• Deep Dish Cookies

• Cookie Sandwiches

You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.

For all other products, including cakes and cupcakes, we can only offer local delivery or collection. Local delivery is available up to 20km from Stevenage at various price points and we will get in touch to arrange a time that suits you. For collections, we are open 7 days a week and will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

If you require delivery to a location further away, please get in touch! We are more than happy to work something out.

IMPORTANT: If you (a) select collection as your shipping method but fail to get in touch with us to organise a time or (b) select a postal delivery option for a product that is not eligible for postal delivery, we are under no obligation to deliver the order by hand or offer refunds.
